Return Policy

At Creed Label, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy, which has been created in line with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Faulty or Defective Items
We take product quality seriously. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Faults include manufacturing defects, printing/embroidery errors, or damage prior to delivery.
- To initiate a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@creedlabel.com with photos and your order number.
2. Change of Mind, Size, or Exchange Requests
- For reasons such as choosing the wrong size, colour preference, or change of mind:
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Instead, we provide a store credit or exchange of equal value once the original item is returned in unused condition.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Underwear or inner liners
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
4. How to Return an Item
- I. Email us at info@creedlabel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- II. Once approved, you will receive instructions for mailing your item back.
- III. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.
- IV. Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit code or process an exchange.
5. Store Credit Details
- Store credits will be issued via email as a digital code.
- Credits can be applied to any future purchase at www.creedlabel.com.
- Store credits do not expire.
