Order Processing
All orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Cut-off time: 1:00 PM AEST
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Australia (Standard): 5–10 business days
International (Standard): 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update once the courier has collected your parcel.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the parcel arrives in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses, or remote regions where courier access is unavailable.
If your address is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
We are not liable for parcels delayed by courier networks or customs processing.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@creedlabel.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Include your order number and tracking information so our team can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is on pre-order, it will ship as soon as it becomes available.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the product page at checkout.
